As a Business Process Excellence Professional CL at CEVA FM Mexico, located in Ciudad Juarez, you will play a pivotal role within our Core Transversal Functions division, specifically contributing to the Performance Management and Business Process Excellence department. This position is instrumental in driving operational excellence and elevating the efficiency of our business processes through comprehensive oversight, analysis, and strategic improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead and oversee operator/administrator-level staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, compensation recommendations, and ongoing performance management. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.
• Engineering Solutions Review: Supervise, review, complete, and process a variety of engineering solutions related to cost analysis, service requirements, operational processes, technology utilization, equipment selection, and associated factors to align with organizational goals.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Provide both basic and advanced analytical support regarding logistics and operational data, including planning, flowchart design, study conduction, data modeling, and testing. Ensure resource utilization efficiency while meeting client needs effectively.
• Project Support and Client Coordination: Offer feedback and guidance on various topics such as design, equipment specifications, and troubleshooting. Coordinate resources and respond to internal and external client requirements promptly and effectively, integrating client feedback into process refinements.
• Operational Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Regularly analyze operations, results, feedback, and engineering data to identify trends, draw conclusions, apply mathematical models, and recommend modifications to existing facilities. Develop and present findings, proposals, and recommendations to operations teams, clients, and internal stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Data Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure precision in databases, reports, and project documentation through audits, consultations, and operational reviews. Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies, uphold data integrity, and maintain compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Project Management Support: Assist in the development of engineering project or program objectives, including budget planning, timeline management, material procurement, staffing, and other essential project requirements. Present relevant information to management and potentially manage moderate-impact project scopes.
• Policy Interpretation and Regulatory Adherence: Interpret and apply departmental policies and procedures while ensuring strict adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Seek and apply guidance to maintain compliance within operational processes.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in supervising technical or operator staff within a logistics or engineering context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data and develop actionable insights.
• Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement methodologies and engineering principles.
• Excellent organizational abilities for managing multiple projects, deadlines, and resources efficiently.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with diverse teams and client groups.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with compliance standards, corporate policies, and legal regulations relevant to the industry.
• Proficiency in project management practices, including planning, execution, and reporting.
