En Babel Opex, empresa enfocada en la mejora continua y optimización operativa, buscamos un Ingeniero de Mantenimiento con sólida experiencia técnica.

El candidato ideal será responsable de coordinar, ejecutar y supervisar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, garantizando la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los equipos productivos.

Responsabilidades

  • Elaborar y ejecutar planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Diagnosticar fallas mecánicas, eléctricas, neumáticas e hidráulicas.
  • Coordinar y supervisar actividades del personal técnico de mantenimiento.
  • Garantizar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos productivos.
  • Dar seguimiento a órdenes de trabajo y reportes de mantenimiento.
  • Implementar mejoras para reducción de tiempos muertos y costos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
  • Gestionar refacciones, herramientas y proveedores externos.
  • Apoyar en la instalación y arranque de nuevos equipos.

Requisitos

  • Escolaridad: Ingeniero Mecánico, Eléctrico, Electrónico, Mecatrónico o en Automatización (Título y Cédula indispensables).
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en piso en áreas de mantenimiento industrial.
  • Inglés conversacional (requerido para comunicación técnica y reportes).
  • Conocimientos en:
  • Mantenimiento industrial
  • PLC básico (deseable)
  • Sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos y neumáticos
  • TPM, AMEF o Lean Manufacturing (deseable)
  • Manejo de paquetería Office y software de mantenimiento (CMMS).
  • Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.

Habilidades y competencias

  • Liderazgo y gestión de equipos de mantenimiento.
  • Conocimientos en sistemas eléctricos, neumáticos, hidráulicos y de automatización.
  • Capacidad de diagnóstico y resolución de fallas técnicas.
  • Planeación y ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos.
  • Comunicación efectiva y enfoque en resultados.
