Our business line offers legal resources including state laws, case law and codes, legal blogs, articles, DIY legal services, lawyer directories, and more. In addition, we support law firms with performance-focused online marketing solutions that enhance visibility, credibility, and client acquisition.

We are expanding our creative team and seeking a Bilingual Web Designer (English/Spanish) who can blend strategic thinking with modern, user-centered design to build responsive, high-performing websites for legal professionals across the U.S.

About the Role

The Web Designer will work closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Digital Strategists to design, implement, and optimize responsive websites that align with client objectives and industry best practices. This is a hands-on role that requires strong creative and technical abilities in WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.

You will participate in client consultations, present design concepts, manage multiple concurrent projects, and ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality digital solutions in both English and Spanish.

This role is ideal for someone creative, proactive, collaborative, and client-oriented, with a passion for translating business needs into elegant and functional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling, mobile-first websites for U.S.-based law firms using WordPress and modern UX/UI best practices.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Developers throughout the full project lifecycle—from concept to launch.
  • Conduct bilingual (English/Spanish) client consultations to understand goals, gather requirements, and present creative ideas.
  • Develop responsive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with strategic objectives and brand identity.
  • Optimize websites for accessibility, performance, and usability.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery.
  • Produce design assets using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
  • Ensure that all websites follow industry standards, visual guidelines, and legal-industry-specific best practices.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Experience in web design, digital design, or related roles.
  • Proven experience designing responsive websites using WordPress.
  • Strong command of UX/UI principles, layout composition, and mobile-first design.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Ability to present concepts and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimization is a plus.
  • Experience working in the legal or professional services industry is a bonus, but not required.
  • Availability to work in a Hybrid modality.
