Job Description

Manage, coordinate, and follow up on the organization's sustainability strategies, ensuring environmental compliance, carbon footprint measurement, and alignment with EHS standards and automotive industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate, analyze, and monitor the organization's carbon footprint.
• Implement and maintain sustainability and environmental improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and EHS standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as resulting action plans.
• Collaborate with internal departments (EHS, HR, Operations) and external customers.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations in both Spanish and English.
• Provide technical support on sustainability topics for projects and production processes.

Profile Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in carbon footprint management and the automotive industry (preferred).
• Advanced technical English for customer interaction.
• Key skills: punctuality, accountability, schedule flexibility, and effective communication.
