• Make outbound calls to homeowners in active roofing markets

What You'll Earn

$1,000+ per week (top performers even more)

Daily Commission Structure:

• 1–2 valid appointments: $35 each
• 3 valid appointments: $40 each
• 4+ valid appointments: $45 each

Weekly commissions paid every Monday.
And yes — there is NO earnings cap.

Who We're Looking For

We want driven, coachable, U.S.-based setters who can handle a fast pace and love winning.

• 2+ years outbound cold calling or appointment setting
• Roofing / solar / storm campaigns? Huge bonus
• Strong English with a clear U.S. accent (C1+)
• Experience with high-volume dialing
• Ability to stay calm, confident, and in control
• Reliable setup: 8GB+ RAM computer, USB headset, wired internet, camera
• Available 12:00pm–8:00pm EST
