Outstanding guest relations skills
Advanced level English skills
Great interpersonal skills. Waiters must always have the support of the collaborators and gain the confidence trust and respect for customers
Great organizational skills. Can effectively organize and follow table allocations, server assignment, and incident management
Mantain a professional attitude both on and off the floor with all departments
Can work under pressure
