We're searching for a detail-oriented
Paid Search Specialist
to join our growing digital media team. This role will play a key part in planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across major platforms to drive performance and ROI. You'll collaborate with analytics, strategy, and creative teams to translate insights into impactful campaign actions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and experienced in managing search campaigns for global audiences. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about data-driven marketing and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Bing, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to align with client goals and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and strategy teams on ad copy testing, landing page experiments, tagging, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement actionable optimizations.
  • Produce detailed performance reports with clear insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging paid search best practices to maintain campaign competitiveness.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets and B2B campaigns is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a distributed, remote team.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
