Translator and Editor of Texts and Images
If you have experience translating texts into other languages and processing large volumes of information quickly and efficiently, we are looking for you to help us with the translation and editing of nutritional information on labels, as well as editing product images.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Food Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data processing, translation into other languages, and text and image editing.
- Advanced Excel skills, SQL databases, Power Query (Assessment)
- Knowledge of FDA nutrition labeling and EU Regulation 1169/2011 (Assessed in interview)
- Advanced English (Advanced)
- Experience with labeling tools, preferably BarTender, is desirable.
- Adobe Illustrator skills are desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Systematically and automatically manage and populate databases in the required languages.
- Standardize information according to applicable regulations.
- Translate or localize texts into the required language.
- Ensure, in conjunction with the legal team, that final labels comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Search for and edit required images that meet established quality standards.
