The Cloud Infrastructure Specialist
is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining KEO's technology infrastructure following principles of security, scalability, automation, and compliance.

They ensure continuous operation of services in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other associated environments (Azure and on-prem), guaranteeing availability, efficiency, and governance of the resources supporting the company's products and services.

Additionally, the team works closely with Data, Development, and Security areas to align DevOps, IaC, and Observability practices with business objectives and PCI certification.

Responsibilities

· Implement, monitor, and improve security controls based on standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.

· Analyze vulnerabilities, manage remediation, and follow up on internal/external scans.

· Participate in cybersecurity incident management and execute response actions.

· Administer security tools such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, WAF, DLP, IAM, CSPM, firewalls, and corporate antivirus.

· Develop and update security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

· Support hardening processes on servers, databases, and applications.

· Perform technological risk analysis and define mitigation plans.

· Maintain compliance with PCI DSS requirements in environments and services that process, store, or transmit card data.

· Manage documentation, compliance matrices, evidence, and reports requested by the QSA or audit team.

· Assist with penetration tests, ASV scans, and PCI-required security validations.

· Define compensating controls when applicable and ensure their effective implementation.

· Manage asset inventories, data flows, and network segmentation for PCI environments.

· Train staff on secure practices and PCI DSS guidelines.

· Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.

· High attention to detail and risk analysis capability.

· Assertive communication to interact with technical and business areas.

· Teamwork and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Education: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity roles
  • Solid knowledge of Information Security, defensive and offensive cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience with PCI DSS (version 3.2.1 or 4.0).
  • Proficiency with tools: SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Elastic), Firewalls, WAF, DLP, EDR/XDR, etc.
  • Understanding of network architecture and security protocols (TLS, VPN, IPS/IDS).
  • Knowledge of cryptography, key management, tokenization, and masking.
  • Experience in security testing, vulnerability analysis, and penetration testing.
  • Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and cloud services (GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with incident management methodologies (SANS, NIST).
