A US based real estate investment company which buys homes directly from owners for cash is seeking a Real Estate Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across multiple divisions.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, dependable professional who thrives in busy environments and takes ownership of operational execution. Success is measured by accuracy, timeliness, follow-through, and consistency. You will support transaction administration, maintain systems and records, and ensure operational workflows run smoothly across the organization.

What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma, college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative or operations experience; real estate transaction coordination or property management experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & G-Suite software required. Familiarity with Salesforce, Buildium & Monday platforms preferred
- Very Strong verbal and written English communication skills essential.
- Fluency in written and verbal Spanish strongly preferred
- Calm, professional, solutions-oriented mindset with strong judgment, accountability and attention to detail essential. Maintains consistency and reliability across repetitive and varied tasks while adapting to shifting priorities. Values structure, accountability, feedback, and doing work correctly the first time.
Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Operational Support: Accurate data entry, record management, real estate research, transaction and project coordination support; tenant and vendor communication; review of quotes and invoices for accuracy; and scheduling.
- Systems Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date data and documentation across multiple systems (CRM, project management, etc).
- Accounting & Expense Tracking: Log all expenses & deposits, review financial documentation; maintain consistent financial recordkeeping standards across all divisions.
- Document Control: Ensure complete, accurate, and well-organized electronic files are maintained in accordance with company standards across all divisions & platforms.
- Wholesale Division Support: Setup new deal files, handle research, assist with coordination through closing and assist with buyer outreach.
- Fix & Flip Division Support: Track budgets & schedules, update project data, coordinate vendors, schedule & document meetings, coordinate deliveries.
- Residential Rentals Support: Handle tenant and vendor inquiries, track maintenance issues through resolution, monitor rent payments, ensure smooth transitions between tenants.
Additional information
- Please include salary expectations with your application.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8 hours per day between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm EST (additional hours possible as needed)
- Full-time, Salary Position (compensation based on experience)
- Work Environment: This job can be a remote position or physical at the offices in Davie, FL.
- No travel required.
- No current supervisory responsibilities.
- Required tools: A personal computer (PC) and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
