Specialist In Operational Excellence

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO :
Impulsar, facilitar y dar soporte técnico a la implementación de herramientas y metodologías de Excelencia Operacional, alineadas al Bacardí Operating System (BOS), que contribuyan al fortalecimiento de los indicadores del negocio y a la consolidación de una cultura de mejora continua en Tequila Cazadores, en coordinación con las prioridades locales y globales.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:
 

1.-Facilitar y guíar con la operación la implementación de las herramientas de Excelencia Operacional de acuerdo con el estándar de BOS.

2.- Participar en proyectos de excelencia operacional (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.).

3.- Desarrollar y facilitar sesiones de capacitación para fortalecer competencias en Excelencia Operacional y herramientas Lean.

4.- Dar visibilidad y mesurar las oportunidades de mejora de las áreas.

5.- Consolidar herramientas técnicas de Lean Manufacturing que faciliten al personal la identificación y seguimiento de fallas u oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y eliminación de pérdidas.

6. Analizar procesos y proponer mejoras de ahorro.

7.- Participar en foros de benchmarking a nivel local, externo y/o global, orientados a compartir y adoptar buenas prácticas de mejora.

8.- Mantener registros, evidencias y estadísticas sobre la evolución de los sistemas de Excelencia Operacional.

9.- Acompañar a los equipos en la estandarización y sostenimiento de mejoras implementadas, asegurando la integración de prácticas de Excelencia Operacional en la cultura operativa del sitio.

10.- Identificar oportunidades de alineación entre los sistemas locales de Excelencia Operativa, el sistema global de Bacardí y el SGI, promoviendo desarrollos, mejoras e implementaciones en cumplimiento con los requisitos legales aplicables.

EDUCACIÓN:
Lic. en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniero Mecánico Industrial o a fin.

EXPERIENCIA:

Mínima de 2 años en puesto similar o en manufactura.

Inglés avanzado o intermedio cursando estudios
