Supply Chain Pathway:Die Mars Supply Chain Leadership Experience ist ein dreijähriges Programm, das aus drei aufregenden 12-monatigen Rotationen besteht. In diesen Rotationsphasen erwarten dich vielseitige Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Bereichen unserer Supply Chain. Hier liegt deine einzigartige Gelegenheit, aktiv zum Wachstum von Mars beizutragen und gleichzeitig die Entwicklung unserer bekannten Marken voranzutreiben. Du erhältst dabei nicht nur Anleitung für deine berufliche, sondern auch für deine persönliche Entfaltung.
Begib dich auf eine dynamische dreijährige Reise, die dich durch sämtliche Facetten der Lieferkette führt. Übernimm die Leitung von Projekten in unseren Fabriken, entwickle strategische Ansätze für die Produktionsmengen und sorge für die sichere Lieferung unserer Produkte an die Kunden. Dieser Weg markiert nicht nur den Beginn deiner beruflichen Entwicklung, sondern auch eine einzigartige Chance, sowohl deine fachlichen Kompetenzen als auch deine Führungsqualitäten zu optimieren.
Was du erwarten kannst:- Drei 12-monatige Einsätze in verschiedenen Bereichen des Mars Businesses
- Beteiligung an drei Positionen entlang unserer Lieferkette ermöglicht dir, den gesamten Weg von der Produktion bis zum Kunden zu verstehen.
- Leitung eigener Supply Chain Projekte in unserem globalen Unternehmen und umfassende Einblicke in die gesamte Lieferkette gewinnen
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Masterstudiums im Jahr 2025 oder 2026, idealerweise in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Begeisterung für eine internationale Karriere
- Leidenschaftlich für Supply Chain und Herstellungsprozess
- Starkes Interesse an einem Produktionsumfeld
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
