Responsabilidades

  • Colaborar en Liderar los proyectos asignados en términos de marketing automation y ejecución del CRM pertinente de media envergadura.
  • Participar en el planteamiento estratégico de cada proyecto en base a los objetivos planteados.
  • participar en la supervisión técnica y resolución de incidencias de las plataformas gestionadas.
  • Colaborar con el departamento con proyectos no asignados o proponiendo ideas de innovación, mejora de procesos y formando a otros members.
  • Colaborar en Generar relaciones sólidas con los clientes de los proyectos que lidera.

Funciones

  • Participar en la estrategia de CRM: Desarrollo, ejecución y optimización de CRM, el programas de fidelidad y acciones de marketing automation.
  • Participar de la ejecución de las campañas de email marketing, SMS, push notification y WhatsApp a través de las plataformas de Marketing Automation.
  • Participar de la estrategia e implementación de los Journeys, así como su mejora continua.
  • Participar en la definición y creación de los KPIs de seguimiento de lo implementado, y de la línea de test, así como la creación de dashboards que permitan tomar decisiones.
  • Colaborar en la Implementación de campañas de correo electrónico transaccionales y promocionales.
  • Proporcionar soporte en el diseño de las plantillas y la creación de las campañas.
  • Identificar y solucionar los problemas de rendimiento de las campañas mediante el análisis de los KPI.

Perfil:

  • Grado/ Licenciatura de ADE, Económicas, Derecho.
  • Maestría en Marketing Digital o Marketing Automation.
  • Experiencia previa con plataformas de marketing automation (Brevo, Bloomreach, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Connectif, etc).
  • Certificaciones en herramientas del sector: Hubpsot, Connectif, Salesforce….
  • Experiencia de al menos 6 meses en agencia o en empresas con un departamento de CRM & Email Marketing definido, trabajando en proyectos nacionales e internacionales.
  • Conocimiento de Google Analytics 4 y Looker Studio.
  • Conocimiento de Google Sheets o Microsoft Excel.
  • Preferencia por tareas relacionadas con el análisis de datos y la elaboración de informes
  • Proactividad y búsqueda de la mejora continua.
