Todas las responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan al siguiente esquema:

•  Programar citas de entrega al cliente y/o citas de recolección del cliente, así como dar seguimiento para garantizar que sean llevadas a cabo.
• Oportunidad de abogar por el cliente resolviendo y ayudando con consultas e inquietudes.
• Resolver cualquier problema de entrega relacionado con problemas de logística y/o transporte.
• Realizar un seguimiento de las citas de entrega del cliente y/o las citas de recogida del cliente.
• Responder a los correos electrónicos/llamadas telefónicas de los clientes en el momento adecuado.
• Recopila, analiza y gestiona datos de clientes y datos internos para desarrollar soluciones a los problemas.

Requisitos y calificaciones:

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración o afín.
• 2 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente con clientes de autoservicios deseable.
• Dominio avanzado de Excel (macros).
• Deseable experiencia con Oracle.
• Inglés avanzando deseable.
