A Day In Your Life at MKS:

As a Global Supply Chain Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end commercial contracting activities across a wide range of services categories, including management consulting, system integrators, contingent labor/MSP, marketing agencies, human resources, training & development, audit/tax, and legal services. You will drive negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, change orders, rate cards, SLAs, and NDAs, while partnering closely with Legal, Finance, InfoSec, HR, and category managers to ensure optimal balance of speed, savings, and risk. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment navigating multiple organizations, sites, cultures and practices. You will report to the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain.

You Make an Impact By:

  • Drive full lifecycle for services contracts—drafting, redlining, negotiating, approval routing, and execution—across MSAs, SOWs, change orders, renewals, and amendments.

  • Develop negotiation strategies leveraging playbooks, market benchmarks, and category strategies; secure optimal commercial terms, SLAs, IP rights, confidentiality, indemnities, and liability caps.

  • Maintain and evolve clause libraries, templates, fallback positions, and negotiation playbooks to accelerate cycle time and reduce variance
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec to assess/control third-party risk and ensure all agreements align with internal policies, legal requirements, SOX controls, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, export controls, HIPAA, etc.)
  • Manage contract lifecycle including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and software license agreements.
  • Identify automation and process opportunities; champion standardization and training for stakeholders

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Legal studies, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or commodity management
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and document hygiene/version control
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • This role offers a hybrid work option for days remote and onsite.

Please Note: To ensure a smooth review process, we kindly ask that all resumes be submitted in English. This helps our hiring team accurately assess your experience and qualifications.
