Job OverviewEl Gerente de Auditoría es una función de nivel intermedio responsable de realizar evaluaciones y auditorías moderadamente complejas de los entornos de riesgo y control de Citi junto con el equipo de Auditoría. El objetivo general es utilizar una profunda experiencia en la materia para garantizar que la empresa cumpla las normas y las reglamentaciones de auditoría, y trabaje con líderes de negocios para determinar soluciones para problemas emergentes.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar, ejecutar y presentar informes de auditoría de manera oportuna y constante, de acuerdo con las normas reglamentarias y de Auditoría Interna.
- Revisar y aprobar el resumen trimestral de supervisión de la empresa y desempeñarse como revisor principal de todas las revisiones.
- Colaborar con los equipos en todos los negocios y determinar el impacto en el entorno general de control y en el enfoque de auditoría.
- Gestionar actividades de auditoría para un componente de una línea de productos, función o entidad legal a nivel de la región o del país.
- Aprovechar su amplia experiencia para gestionar un equipo.
- Asesorar a la empresa sobre iniciativas de cambio mientras se fomentan conceptos de auditoría integrada y la adopción de tecnologías.
- Recomendar intervenciones ante problemas, proponer soluciones ante problemas de riesgo y control, asociarse con Directores y Directores Ejecutivos para desarrollar enfoques ante problemas corporativos más amplios.
- Aplicar una comprensión profunda de las normas, políticas y reglamentaciones de Auditoría Interna en un producto específico o área funcional.
Calificaciones:
- Entre 6 y 10 años de experiencia relevante.
- Preferencia de certificaciones relacionadas (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA o similar).
- Comprensión eficaz del aspecto empresarial de la función de auditoría y experiencia en la materia en relación con las aplicaciones tecnológicas.
- Habilidades eficaces de negociación y de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Habilidades eficaces de administración de proyectos.
- Habilidades eficaces de administración de relaciones y de influencia.
- Capacidad demostrada de permanecer imparcial en un ambiente de trabajo diverso.
Educación:
- Licenciatura/título universitario, preferentemente maestría.
La descripción de este puesto proporciona una revisión de alto nivel de los tipos de trabajos realizados. Se pueden asignar otras obligaciones laborales según sea necesario.
- Indispensable experiencia en auditoría interna o externa y/o control interno.
- Experiencia en revisiones.
- Experiencia / conocimiento en Prevención de Lavado de Dinero.
- Seguimiento con stakeholders y equipos internos.
- Deseable certificación en Prevención de Lavado de Dinero.
- Capacidad de Liderazgo y manejo de equipos.
- Indispensable manejo de inglés avanzado.
