General Environmental and Employee Health

This is a temporary position for one year, focused on supporting Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs within the Rojo Gómez plant. It's a great opportunity to gain experience in an industrial environment, contribute to employee safety, and support sustainability initiatives.

What will you do?

• You will support the implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs within the manufacturing plant. Your role will ensure compliance with regulations, promote a safe workplace, and contribute to sustainability initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring and enforcing EHS standards and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments for high-risk activities.
• Support environmental compliance reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe practices.
• Participate in incident investigations and propose corrective actions.

• Basic English for technical documentation and reporting. Advanced english is a plus

Who will you report to?

• You will report to the
  EHS Manager
  at Planta Rojo Gómez. You will work closely with operations, maintenance, and sustainability teams. This is an
  individual contributor role
  with high impact on safety and compliance.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related field (open to other professional degrees).
• Experience:
  1-3 years in EHS manufacturing industries, preferably  construction, or high-risk work environments.
• Language:
  Basic English. Advanced is a plus
• Availability:
  Full-time on-site at Planta Rojo Gómez (no home office).
