Position : Paid Ads Manager

Client : Next Call Club

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, TBD

Salary Range : USD

Location : Latin America

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Own the full campaign lifecycle: strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search/Display), Meta, and other platforms
  • Implement and optimize conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Run structured A/B tests to improve performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on creative, landing pages, and reporting
  • Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Report on key KPIs and make budget recommendations based on performance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing high-performance paid campaigns (3+ years preferred)
  • Lead generation and CRM experience highly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other major platforms
  • Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical skills; able to work with reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker, GA, etc.)
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with autonomy
