Location: Guadalajara, MX | Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an AR & Financial Data Analyst located in Guadalajara Reporting to the Project Accountant Manager. In the AR & Financial Data Analyst role you'll play a critical role ensuring timely cash flow and accurate revenue recognition across global projects.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Financial Operations:

• Prepare and analyze weekly accounts receivable aging reports to drive proactive collections.
• Reconcile all AR-related balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• Perform intercompany account reconciliations across global entities.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support collections processes and coordinate with the project-accounting team.
• Perform project reconciliations and issue manual invoices as required.
• Assist with AR month-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Analytics & Reporting Support:

• Leverage data analytics to optimize AR processes and improve cash flow visibility.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor collections, overdue accounts, and project revenue.
• Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and enhance real-time decision-making.
• Integrate and transform data from ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and other sources to build insightful reports.
• Create efficient data models using Power Query and DAX.
• Partner with finance and operations teams to identify analytical needs and provide actionable insights.
• Document reporting processes and ensure data consistency and quality across all deliverables.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable and/or financial analysis.
• Strong command of Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and adaptable with a passion for continuous improvement.
