Objetivo del rol

El
Production Lead
será responsable de liderar la operación integral y el desarrollo del negocio de
PXP
, funcionando como una
casa productora interna
. Este rol combina visión estratégica, ejecución de producción, liderazgo de equipos y entendimiento profundo del negocio, asegurando la calidad creativa, eficiencia operativa y crecimiento comercial.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Liderar el
    día a día operativo y estratégico
    de PXP, garantizando el correcto funcionamiento del modelo de producción.
  • Supervisar y dirigir los procesos de
    realización y producción
    de proyectos audiovisuales y de contenido.
  • Asegurar una
    gestión eficiente de recursos, tiempos y presupuestos
    , manteniendo altos estándares de calidad.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al
    equipo de realizadores
    , promoviendo colaboración, claridad de roles y crecimiento profesional.
  • Gestionar de forma directa a la
    Directora de Producción
    , asegurando alineación estratégica y excelencia operativa.
  • Actuar como
    referente de negocio
    , entendiendo las necesidades de las agencias y clientes para traducirlas en soluciones de producción viables.
  • Impulsar la
    venta y posicionamiento de PXP
    , participando en propuestas, presentaciones y conversaciones estratégicas con stakeholders.
  • Definir y optimizar procesos de producción que permitan escalar el modelo de PXP.
  • Colaborar de manera transversal con equipos creativos, de cuentas y liderazgo para asegurar entregables alineados a objetivos de negocio.

Perfil requerido

  • Experiencia sólida en
    producción y realización
    , idealmente dentro de casas productoras, agencias o modelos in-house.
  • Fuerte entendimiento del
    negocio de producción
    , incluyendo presupuestos, rentabilidad y gestión de proyectos.
  • Experiencia comprobada en
    liderazgo y gestión de equipos
    creativos y de producción.
  • Capacidad para liderar desde una visión
    estratégica
    , sin perder cercanía con la ejecución.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y toma de decisiones.
  • Perfil orientado a resultados, con mentalidad de crecimiento y mejora continua.
