- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Administration, Hospitality, or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within dynamic, high-volume environments.
- Experience in developing and optimizing recruitment processes and tools.
- Previous experience using systems such as Workday (ATS) and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable.

- Analytical Skills: Identifying needs and solutions through qualitative and quantitative data.
