We are looking for a Day Shift Site Supervisor to oversee the daytime installation of low-voltage and special systems in mission-critical data center construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractor activities across systems such as CCTV, access control, fire detection, and structured cabling.
• Verify installation quality, documentation compliance, and correct equipment placement.
• Coordinate with engineering and commissioning teams to prepare for system validations and testing.
• Enforce site safety protocols and support integration sequencing.
• Document progress, technical issues, and installation readiness for handovers.

• 5+ years of experience supervising special systems installation in infrastructure projects.
• Technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related engineering discipline.
• Proficient in interpreting drawings, leading field teams, and tracking installation status.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong leadership and reporting capabilities.
