Sobre el rol:
Buscamos a una persona apasionada por la confiabilidad y la mejora continua para coordinar el mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo en áreas productivas. Serás clave para asegurar la disponibilidad de equipos, optimizar planes de mantenimiento, fortalecer el mantenimiento autónomo con operadores y colaborar con Ingeniería, Compras, Calidad, EHS y RH. Tu impacto se verá en seguridad, calidad, productividad y ahorros.
Lo disfrutarás si te entusiasma:
- Liderar equipos técnicos y contratistas con foco en seguridad (EHS) y calidad.
- Convertir datos en acciones mediante análisis de causa raíz (RCA).
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de mantenimiento predictivo y preventivo.
- Colaborar transversalmente para acelerar resultados.
Responsabilidades:
- Liderar el ciclo completo de mantenimiento (correctivo, preventivo y predictivo), priorizando seguridad, calidad y disponibilidad de equipos.
- Ejecutar RCA y planes de acción con Mejora Continua; optimizar planes de PM y actualizar procedimientos (DMS).
- Impulsar el mantenimiento autónomo: diseñar entrenamientos para operadores y dar seguimiento a la ejecución.
- Administrar refacciones e inventarios (BTM y bodega satélite), incluidas bajas y control de obsolescencia; gestionar presupuesto, compras y contratistas.
- Monitorear desempeño operativo: recopilar KPIs de turnos (p. ej., top 3 UPDT), asignar trabajo y elaborar reportes; asegurar cumplimiento EHS, calidad, 5S, auditorías e investigaciones de incidentes.
- Desarrollar al equipo: onboarding y capacitaciones mandatorias; coordinar iniciativas de confiabilidad y ciberseguridad/obsolescencia electrónica con Ingeniería y Sistemas de Manufactura; gestionar stakeholders (pagos, info records, alertas).
Requisitos:
- Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica o afín,
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento/operaciones en entornos productivos.
- Nivel de Inglés Intermedio.
- Conocimientos técnicos: mantenimiento integral de activos y RCA; PLC y fundamentos de electrónica, neumática y mecánica; SAP y gestión de inventarios/refacciones; sistemas de calidad y control estadístico básico; Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma (básico).
