About The Role

As a Senior Associate / Engineer / Project Manager in Regional Packaging, you'll integrate innovation with strategy, leaving your mark across a tapestry of brands. Your responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead packaging development projects across various sites, harmonising our ambitious goals with practical delivery.
• Spearhead cross-functional projects, driving progress towards Reckitt's packaging sustainability targets in line with our KPIs.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to forge strong relationships and achieve collaborative success.
• Utilise advanced analytics to optimise supply chain processes, ensuring effective planning and logistics management.

The experience we're looking for

• A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation in packaging and sustainability.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with experience in overseeing projects in diverse locations.
• Strong communication abilities, ready to tackle challenges and navigate complexities with clarity.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, underpinned by keen business accumen and relationship management.
• A knack for improving business processes and driving productivity.
• Advanced understanding of data analytics to support decision-making within supply chain planning and logistics.
