¿Cuáles son las principales responsabilidades de este rol?

  • Supervisar todas las etapas del diseño, asegurando cumplimiento técnico, normativo y con los estándares APMT.
  • Coordinar disciplinas de ingeniería y garantizar la constructibilidad y calidad del proyecto.
  • Apoyar procesos de compra y evaluación técnica de proveedores.
  • Implementar controles de calidad, gestión de riesgos y trazabilidad de cambios.
  • Alinear diseños con normativas locales y coordinar con stakeholders internos y externos.
  • Controlar cronogramas, entregables y reportes de avance.

¿Qué talento estamos buscando?

  • 7–10 años de experiencia en diseño de infraestructura, idealmente en terminales de contenedores y obras marítimas (muelles, rompeolas, servicios asociados).
  • Experiencia coordinando disciplinas y equipos de consultores en fases de diseño complejas.
  • Conocimiento sólido de normativas mexicanas e internacionales, procesos de permisos y mejores prácticas de ingeniería.
  • Capacidad para traducir requerimientos operativos en soluciones técnicas.
  • Deseable experiencia en construcción de terminales y trabajo dentro de organizaciones cliente.
  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil o Estructural; maestría en Gestión de Ingeniería o Construcción, deseable.
  • Experiencia en diseño, permisos y aprobaciones con autoridades portuarias.
