About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We're looking for a Treasury Manager to leverage and tailor group systems and processes to establish the Treasury department in Mexico. You'll be creating and maintaining processes and procedures around capital, liquidity, and balance sheet management. In addition, you'll lead effective optimisation strategies regarding capital, liquidity, and funding-allocation.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and managing capital and liquidity adequacy at group and subsidiary level
• Reporting and preparing reports for decision-making, and contributing to regulatory reporting for the Treasury team
• Analysing investments to support the company's strategy
• Conducting Treasury-related analysis on initiatives
• Utilising your expertise for vital strategic-planning, regulatory compliance, product development, and P&L optimisation activities
• Supporting Treasury operations
• Ensuring the correct management of cash flows, investments, and financing

What you'll need

• 3+ years of treasury experience in a bank or brokerage firm, with some time in the Mexican market
• A solid understanding of bank balance sheet structure and risk management principles
• A Figure 3 or 5 AMIB certificate
• Fluency in English
• Exceptional analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, such as Basel III, CRR/CRD, EBA/ECB, and IRRBB and CSRBB

Nice to have

• Experience drafting documentation in a regulatory context
• SQL skills for data analysis and validation
