Software Engineer (Semi Senior)

Modalidad: Remoto | Vacante abierta en LATAM

Ubicación base: CDMX

Buscamos talento en toda LATAM, sin importar tu ubicación. Esta posición es ideal para un Software Engineer con interés en desarrollar soluciones tecnológicas de alto impacto, trabajando tanto en backend como en frontend, dentro de un entorno ágil y de alto crecimiento.

Tendrás un rol clave en la construcción de aplicaciones escalables utilizando tecnologías modernas, colaborando estrechamente con un equipo multidisciplinario.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener componentes backend y frontend de las aplicaciones.
  • Trabajar con infraestructura en la nube, principalmente AWS, para crear soluciones escalables, seguras y eficientes.
  • Colaborar con product managers, diseñadores y otros ingenieros para entregar funcionalidades de alta calidad.
  • Escribir código limpio, eficiente y bien documentado en JavaScript y tecnologías relacionadas.
  • Participar en revisiones de código, pruebas e integración continua para asegurar la calidad.
  • Trabajar bajo metodologías ágiles, participando en dailys, planeación de sprints y retrospectivas.
  • Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias tecnológicas y aportar nuevas ideas al equipo.

Requisitos

  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo full-stack, con sólidos conocimientos en backend y frontend.
  • Dominio de JavaScript y frameworks como y TypeScript.
  • Experiencia en Python y/o Golang.
  • Experiencia en Flutter y/o Flutterflow.
  • Experiencia con servicios en la nube, especialmente AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, entre otros).
  • Conocimiento de APIs RESTful, bases de datos SQL/NoSQL y arquitecturas de microservicios.
  • Experiencia en metodologías ágiles como Scrum o Kanban.
  • Fuertes habilidades para la resolución de problemas y gusto por aprender nuevas tecnologías.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y de ritmo rápido.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y actitud proactiva.

Deseable

  • Experiencia con arquitecturas serverless o containerización (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Conocimiento de pipelines CI/CD y prácticas de DevOps.
  • Entendimiento de frameworks de pruebas como Jest o Mocha y buenas prácticas de testing.
