We are searching for the best talent for PRINCIPAL PROJECT TECHNICIAN to be in CIUDAD JUAREZ.
Purpose:
Responsible for participating in the coordination, documentation, execution and analysis of qualification generated through the MEST Department.

You Will Be Responsible For
Under limited supervision, and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

• Prepare protocols and completion reports of routine evaluation and validations, e.g., equipment relocation and installation of equipment that is familiar to Juarez, as needed by the MEST Department.
• Perform testing of evaluation materials throughout the processes present in Juarez.
• Record, analyze, interpret, and report on data gathered in connection with a given qualification or validation.
• Write and document procedures for test methods, make changes to existing documents and process through ECN at Epicenter system.
• Train production associates to certain aspects of new or changes in production tasks
• Maintain test laboratory and oversee maintenance of lab testing equipment.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
• Write programs on Metrology equipment.
• Install new Metrology equipment and troubleshoot.
• Support ETQ to generates NCR'S and ETQ reports, follow up and maintain as a necessary.
• Support engineers in performing studies.
• Follows all company safety policies and others safety precautions within the work area.
• Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with environmental Management system (EMS) responsibilities.
• Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third-party vendor if applicable.
• Equipment upgrades and/or modifications.
• Update documentation through **Windchill related to component validation.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements
EDUCATION: A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent is required (Mechanical, Electric, Electronic, Electro-mechanic; Metrology; Instrumentalists.)

JOB EXPERIENCE: 6-8 years of experience or equivalent knowledge and skills, necessary to satisfactory perform the position responsibilities. Or College near completion or recently completed.

Skill Sets
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS

• Bilingual English/Spanish desired
• Good communication skills, verbal as well as written- bilingual preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills that allow for interaction with multiple disciplines and organizational levels.
• Familiarity with testing procedures and testing equipment.
• Assists and / or performs tests utilizing the testing equipment into Technical Laboratory or production floor.
• Assists and / or performs component measurements (if required)
• Technical writing in area of work instructions and ability to process documents.
• Independent work skills
• Database administration
• Graphic illustration creation Geometric dimensional and tolerance Knowledge (GD&T a plus.
• Computer Aided Drafting a plus.
• Knowledge of Metrology equipment and Gauges (such as Visio system, Comparator, Instron)
• Installation, Programming and Troubleshoot of Metrology equipment preferred.

Computer Skills

• Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Access and Visio, is a plus.
