In this role, you'll be...
Reporting to Senior Collection Manager and supported by the Risk Management organization, this position will lead and manage the entire in-house collection multichannel process. With responsability over than 200+ collectors, this position is key to ensure credit losess targets are met, main Responsabilities:
- Responsible to achieve collections recovery goals for different collections stages for preventive and recovery stages.
- Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement in agent performance and portfolio behaivor and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Track KPIs such as recovery, efficiency and productivity.
- Implement corrective actions when perfromance deviates from targets.
- Flawless execution of Didi´s collection policies and procedures in a highly regulated compliance enviornment. Oversees adherence to compliance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvements initiatives, including automation, strategy adjustments, and policy updates.
- Be proactive to feedback the risk collections policy teams to improve collections models.
- Promote a culture of productivity , accountability, and high performance.
- Review operational dashboards and reports provided by BI .
- Lead by example of the right operational behavioral principles.
- Strong alignment with HR to fullfill people strategy
- Experience working as a team with Union recommendations.

- Bachelor degree in Bussines Administration, Finance Management, Economics. (preferred)
- At least tree years experience managing multifunctional collections teams working in a financial institution for credit cards and personal loans or five years experience directly managing collections operations processes in a large BPO collections company.
- Fully bilingual English-Spanish (Advanced Business English).
- Full experience designing strategies / campaings for collections operations.
- Proficiency and ability to interpret dashboards.
- Familiarity with Dialers , CRMs, and collections platforms.
