Senior Product Manager
polivalente, curioso y con mentalidad de
Owner integral
para liderar la estrategia y ejecución de nuestros productos de marca blanca (
BaaS
) junto a socios globales de tecnología de primer nivel.

Serás la cara de Producto frente a nuestros aliados estratégicos. Tu misión: construir puentes entre nuestras capacidades financieras y las necesidades reales del socio, asegurando soluciones viables, experiencias impecables y un impacto tangible en el negocio.

Lo que harás
1. Mundo Negocio: Estrategia & Business Ownership

  • Actuarás con mentalidad de GM, influenciando el roadmap para maximizar impacto en el P&L, crecimiento y Unit Economics.
  • Gestionarás alianzas globales, negociando prioridades con stakeholders en distintos países.
  • Definirás problemas con precisión, diferenciando ruido operativo de oportunidades estratégicas reales.

2. Mundo UX/UI: Empatía & Prototipado

  • Practicarás empatía radical, entendiendo el "por qué" detrás de cada necesidad del socio.
  • Harás prototipado Rápido (Vibe Coding): Usando herramientas modernas (Figma, v0, Lovable) para diseñar flujos y validar ideas instantáneamente con el cliente, reduciendo la dependencia de documentos estáticos.

3. Mundo Tecnología: Visión & Ejecución

  • Diseñarás soluciones desde la arquitectura funcional: APIs, integraciones, lógica de negocio, flujos de datos.
  • Gestionarás backlog, historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación para darle claridad total al squad.
  • Serás AI aware, identificando casos de uso donde la IA pueda elevar la operación o el producto.

4. Mundo Datos: Decisiones Inteligentes

  • Tomarás decisiones data-driven sintetizando información compleja con rapidez.
  • Definirás AI evals y criterios de calidad para asegurar experiencias robustas, especialmente en soluciones basadas en IA.

Lo que buscamos en ti
Indispensables

  • Perfil polivalente: comodidad total hablando con negocio, diseño y tecnología.
  • 5+ años en Producto B2B / Partnerships con clientes corporativos o socios globales.
  • Sólida base tecnológica: APIs, integraciones, backend vs frontend.
  • Experiencia con equipos distribuidos (LatAm + US).
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Formación profesional en Sistemas, Diseño, Industrial, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • Curiosidad insaciable.

Deseables

  • Mentalidad AI-First y uso de herramientas de IA para trabajar mejor.
  • Experiencia en Fintech/BaaS.

  • Pensamiento estructurado.
  • Influencia sin autoridad.
  • Perspicacia financiera (ARPU, LTV, CAC).
  • Adaptabilidad y temple en ambientes exigentes.

Stack Tecnológico Sugerido

  • Gestión: Jira, Notion, Trello.
  • Prototipado: Figma (Indispensable). Herramientas de IA para prototipado son un plus.
  • Datos: SQL (Básico/Intermedio), herramientas de BI.
