Responsibilities :
Training Coordinator
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Training Coordinator
to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of industrial training programs. This role is critical to ensuring workforce readiness, compliance with quality and EH&S standards, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Completed professional degree
  • Certification as an integrated internal auditor

Responsibilities:

  • Identify industrial training needs and develop programs to meet those needs
  • Supervise and evaluate the industrial training process
  • Analyze training effectiveness metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop, implement, and manage the document control system associated with Quality, EH&S Systems (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, Compliant Pro)
