Role : Trial Master File Specialist I
Location: Mexico , Mexico City
We are currently seeking a Trial Master File Specialist I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a TMF Specialist I at ICON, you will play a vital role in becoming familiar with Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and document management activities. You will contribute to client services contracts and internal ICON business needs, ensuring compliance with client requirements and ICON procedures.
What You Will Be Doing:
Gain familiarity with Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and document management processes
Contribute to client services contracts and internal ICON business needs related to TMF management
Ensure compliance with client requirements and ICON procedures
Assist in the maintenance and organization of TMF documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation filing
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Diploma or equivalent)
Full proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Prior experience in clinical research and/or document management
Prior working experience with TMF is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Note: This is an office-based hybrid role in Mexico City only, working 03 days in office and 02 days from home.
