Resumen del puesto
Brindar soporte funcional y operativo a los módulos SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) y Employee Central Payroll (ECP), así como al sistema de control de tiempo Workforce.
Apoya en configuraciones básicas, resolución de tickets, ejecución de pruebas y documentación, asegurando la correcta operación de los procesos de Recursos Humanos y Nómina.
Conocimientos requeridos
• Conceptos básicos de SAP SuccessFactors EC (estructuras organizacionales, eventos, RBP).
• Conocimiento inicial de Employee Central Payroll (ECP) (ciclo de nómina, estatus del empleado, conceptos de infotype).
• Conocimiento funcional básico de Workforce (marcajes, incidencias, reglas de tiempo).
• Procesos de gestión de personal, tiempo y nómina.
• Manejo de cargas masivas y modelos de datos.
• Reportes AdHoc.
• Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas básicas).
• Conocimiento del sector Fibra Inn.
Deseable:
Nociones de integraciones (CPI o SFTP).
Conocimiento en SAP HCM PY / TM, FI.
Inglés intermedio (deseable).
