OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:

El objetivo principal de esta posición es gestionar y coordinar los embarques de importación marítima para nuestros clientes, asegurando altos estándares de calidad en el servicio, cumplimiento con sus requerimientos y con las políticas y procedimientos internos de la empresa, así como con las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.

REQUISITOS / FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

· Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio o afín.

· Inglés intermedio/avanzado.

· Experiencia en empresas de Freight Forwarding.

· Coordinación de embarques marítimos (LCL/FCL).

· Gestión de la comunicación con agentes en origen.

· Seguimiento del estatus de embarques y rastreo de carga (Tracking).

· Atención al cliente y seguimiento personalizado.

· Revisión y validación documental (BL, facturas, CAAT, FDA, etc.).

· Facturación oportuna y conforme a KPI's.

· Actualización de sistema con
milestones
y seguimiento (CargoWise).

· Notificación sobre llegadas, retrasos o retenciones aduanales.

HORARIO – Lunes a viernes de 9:00 AM a 6:00 PM
