Position Overview

Role: Virtual Appointment SetterLocation: Remote (Mexico only)Schedule: Full-time | Eastern Standard Time (EST)Compensation: $14,000 MXN monthly base salary Department: Virtual Sales Team

The Virtual Appointment Setter is the first voice homeowners hear from Alpha Energy. You introduce them to the benefits of solar and help them take the first step toward energy independence. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, coachable, and ready to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners across the U.S. using company CRM and dialer tools
  • Qualify leads using clear criteria: homeownership, roof type, electric usage, etc.
  • Communicate the value of solar in a friendly, simple, and compelling way
  • Create urgency by highlighting incentives, savings, and energy reliability
  • Set high-quality appointments for Solar Advisors
  • Maintain accurate notes, call outcomes, and follow-ups
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for calls, appointments, and show-up rates
  • Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and continuous improvement

  • Experience in sales, call centers, collections, or appointment setting is a plus—but not required
