SCOPE OF THE ROLE

Ensure for the area of responsibility that orders are delivered in Quality, in Quantity and in Time by providing direct supervision within his/her own field of experience

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and organize the assembly production department of your area, including daily production execution, work scheduling, employee training.
  • Ensure product and process quality as well as production output while meeting deadlines.
  • Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for internal technical issues of Customer claims.
  • Apply continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and a safe working environment within the production department.
  • Support the professional development of employees, considering their qualifications, aptitudes, potential, and operational requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Professional experience in mechatronics, mechanics or electronics, supported by state-accredited technician certification.
  • Experience in leading people.
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
  • Good English skills.
  • Available for working in shifts.
  • Organizational sense, punctuality, precision and strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Experience in project management and toolmaking are desirable.
  • Exposure to Lean tools and methodologies is preferred.
