You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
Responsible for case investigation management of Employee Relations matters related to disciplinary cases, performance issue management, attendance issues / job abandonment, and documentation requests for legal / tribunal investigations for Latin America, including compliance cases of low complexity. Act as business advisor for People Managers to determine and align appropriate actions for their direct reports in line with company policies and practices. Ensure good communication and intimacy with key stakeholders to support the business needs. The Employee Relations Advisor enforces company policies, procedures, best practices, including regional SOPs and guidelines established by the Employee Relations Lead LA.
