About The Role

Your responsibilities

Visita a farmacias independientes, 13 tiendas diarias.

Realizar negociaciones con dueños de farmacias independientes desarrollando planes estratégicos para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de la empresa.

Desarrollar relación con clientes independientes mediante el seguimiento de sus necesidades de compra.

Presencia de nuestros artículos en farmacias independientes.

Realizar sugeridos de compra con la intención de distribuir un msl específico para el canal acorde al tipo de farmacia.

Realizar correcta ejecución de las estrategias planeadas por la compañía: entrega y colocación de material pop, ofertas de acuerdo con las prioridades de la compañía.

Ejecución de las 4ps (presencia, posición, precio y promoción).

Trackeo de información vía sistema de captura (cel).

Realizar capacitación de nuestros productos a los dependientes de farmacias en búsqueda de lograr ser la primera opción recomendada.

Prospectar nuevos clientes.

The experience we're looking for

Trabajo en campo en farmacias independientes.

Desarrollo de clientes.

Venta a detalle (Visita de tiendas o farmacias diariamente, ejemplo: vendedores de refrescos, frituras, etc).

Ejecución en PDV.

Negociación y venta persuasiva.

Cubrimiento de objetivos sell out.

Cubrimiento de objetivos de distribución.

Capacitación de nuestras marcas.

Entrega y colocación de material pop.

Gusto por las ventas.

The skills for success

Profesional (administración de empresas, mercadotecnia, ingeniero industrial, ventas).

Experiencia en campo con responsabilidades de venta directa y capacidades de venta demostradas.

Manejo de productos OTC.

Gusto por las ventas, manejo de personal y trabajo en campo y en equipo.

Paquetería office.

Inglés básico.
