Amalga works closely with U.S. clients, and this role requires exceptional English skills both written and spoken and the ability to create professional content tailored to English-speaking U.S. audiences as well as Spanish-speaking audiences in Latin America.

Responsibilities:

  • Figma to HubSpot Translation: High-fidelity conversion of Figma wireframes and mockups into visual layouts that prioritize Customer Experience (CX).
  • UX/UI Optimization: Refine user journeys to improve conversion rates on landing pages, ensuring a seamless flow for both U.S. and LATAM audiences.
  • Collaborative Design: Work daily with our Backend Web Developer to ensure custom modules and templates are visually polished and functional.
  • Visual QA: Audit live pages against original Figma designs to ensure pixel-perfect execution of typography, spacing, and brand consistency.
  • Asset Management: Create and optimize web assets (images, icons, and interactive elements) for fast loading and high visual impact.
  • Bilingual Content Design: Adapt layouts to ensure visual harmony for both English and Spanish copy, accounting for differences in text length and cultural design preferences.
  • Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes in Figma to test user flows before handing them off for development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience in UX/UI design specifically for web platforms.
  • Expert Proficiency in Figma: Ability to manage complex design systems, auto-layouts, and developer hand-off files.
  • HubSpot Familiarity: Deep understanding of the HubSpot CMS environment (Drag-and-Drop editor, Themes, and Content Modules) from a design perspective.
  • Visual Coding Knowledge: Strong understanding of CSS/HTML principles to ensure designs are realistic for web implementation.
  • Bilingual Excellence: Exceptional English (written/spoken) is required. Ability to design for Spanish-speaking markets is a significant plus.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, professional B2B or BPO website designs.

Pay: $ $450.00 per hour
