and take the lead on key improvement initiatives

What You'll Do

  • Lead Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects aligned with COPC methodology
  • Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain and improve green indicators ("Stay Green Operations")
  • Document processes and create project reports
  • Coach teams and foster a strong LSS culture
  • Deliver projects with measurable impact on
    KSAT, ESAT, Gross Margin, Revenue, and CSAT

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
  • LSS Green Belt Certification (preferred)
  • Advanced English
  • 3+ years of call center experience (Ops, Quality, Training, Client Services)
  • 1+ year in a coordinator or leadership role
  • Experience in project management and continuous improvement
