Responsabilidades

Coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento para asegurar la correcta operación de los
equipos, cuidando la seguridad del personal, la calidad del producto y administrar a su
personal de acuerdo a las prioridades para asegurar la operación de la planta.

 Analizar ordenes de mantenimiento y establecer planes de control para reducir los
mantenimientos preventivos
 Proveer el alcance o el catálogo de conceptos cuando existan modificaciones,
reconstrucciones o nuevos proyectos
 Monitorear consumos de energía, agua, gas y establecer planes de control en caso
de desviaciones
 Monitorear servicios a la operación como agua, temperatura, presión de aire,
velocidad de colectores, porcentaje de humedad de áreas de vaciado y establecer
planes de control en caso de encontrar desviaciones
 Cumplimiento de los Requisitos legales aplicables al departamento
 Administrar recursos humanos y materiales para asegurar la operación de la planta
 Aceptar y ser impulsor del Sistema de Medio Ambiente
 Apoyar activamente el cumplimiento de la política del sistema de medio ambiente
 Aceptar y participar activamente en el proceso del sistema de medio ambiente
 Identificar, asegurar el cumplimiento y dar seguimiento para los controles
operacionales, así como para riesgos y oportunidades de los aspectos ambientales.
 Aceptar y ser impulsor del Sistema de Medio Ambiente

Requisitios

Educación: Ingeniería Mecánico, Electrónica, Electromecánica o afín
Experiencia: 3 a 5 Años en áreas de Mantenimiento
Formación: a) Administración de Personal
b) Mecánica
c) Hidráulica
d) Neumática
e) Electricidad Industrial
f) PLC´s Avanzado
g) 5´s
f) Excel
g) Inglés Intermedio (Deseable)
h) Sistemas de Seguridad
i) SAP
j) TPM
k) Sistemas de Calidad ISO 9001
l) Análisis de Causa Raíz
Habilidades: a) Integridad
