Overview
The Change Management Consultant will lead strategic change initiatives that enable successful adoption of new technologies digital platforms and innovative processes. This role acts as a critical liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring smooth transitions minimizing resistance and driving user engagement for technology-driven transformations.
Responsibilities
Background
Bachelors degree in administration Organizational Psychology Communications Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g. Prosci ADKAR) nice to have.
Proven experience in technology transformation projects including ERP implementations automation cloud migrations or AI adoption.
Familiarity with digital collaboration tools enterprise platforms and emerging technologies.
