Job Description
*Supplier Quality Development*
Is responsible for ensuring that suppliers meet quality standards and regulatory requirements by developing and implementing quality assurance processes and conducting supplier evaluations

Main Tasks

  • Executing the evaluation and qualification of new suppliers to ensure they meet the organization's quality standards and requirements
  • Developing and implementing improvement plans for suppliers with performance issues, providing guidance and support to enhance their quality processes
  • Executing the follow up on supplier escalations, coordinating with relevant teams to address issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Creating and maintaining tools and resources to support supplier quality management, including quality assessment templates and performance tracking systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Minimum Educational Requirement
Master's Degree or Comparable Qualification en Economic Sciences, Business Economics o Related fields

Job Requirements (Experience, Skills)
Five years of related professional experience

  • Advanced English
  • Valid Passport and Visa
  • Availability to travel
  • Knowledge of ISO/IATF ISO 14000.
  • Specific customer requirements ( AIAG, APQP , PPAP, VDA, Core tools ANPQP, SOP , etc. )
  • Statistical tools.
  • Knowledge of production processes
  • Knowledge of process and quality systems auditing
  • Problem-solving tools
  • Organizational requirements in aspects of MMS and Security
