Opening: BIM Architect (Hospitality Interiors)

Location:
Mexico City – On-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain Revit 3D models (
    LOD 300–400
    ) for hospitality interior design projects, including space planning, furniture layouts, finishes, and custom details.
  • Produce accurate and coordinated construction documentation ready for permitting and construction: plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
  • Organize and manage Revit models and files, ensuring strict version control, consistency, and compliance with internal and project-specific BIM standards.
  • Support the development, implementation, and compliance of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Provide technical guidance and Revit support to architects and interior designers throughout all project phases.
  • Adapt and apply different BIM standards depending on region, client requirements, and project scope.
  • Coordinate BIM information with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and buildable deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3–5 years of hands-on professional experience
    working with Revit in an architecture or interior design firm.
  • Proven experience in residential and hospitality (hotel) projects is mandatory.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written); all project documentation and coordination are conducted in English.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating Revit modeling, detailing, and construction documentation capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of interior design principles, construction detailing, and coordination within collaborative project environments.
  • Advanced Revit proficiency is required; familiarity with rendering tools such as Enscape or Twinmotion is a plus.
  • Experience using complementary software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks, Bluebeam) is valued.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in modeling and documentation.

Nice to Have / Preferred

  • Experience working on projects in the U.S., LATAM, or the UAE, including international standards and coordination workflows.
  • Applied knowledge of IBC and NFPA codes.
  • Experience handling large-scale and complex BIM models.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and their integration into BIM workflows.
  • Experience with project management and file-sharing platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Procore.
