SOBRE EL ROL

Proporcionar apoyo a todos los departamentos de Avery Dennison Smartrac De México en Querétaro para el cumplimiento exitoso del Sistema de Gestión de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad Industrial a través de la capacitación, implementación y desarrollo de procedimientos, instrucciones y políticas.

Requisitos

LO QUE BUSCAMOS EN TI:

  • Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Ambiental/Química o relacionada.

  • 5 años o más como ingeniero o especialista EHS.

  • Inglés fluido o conversacional (obligatorio).

  • Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, resolución de problemas, habilidades de trabajo en equipo.

  • Coordinar esfuerzos para la implementación de programas de EHS (Corporativos y locales).

  • Coordinar y realizar recorridos de seguridad (con el equipo líder y recorridos diarios) para detectar riesgos, generar planes de acción y coordinación para la ejecución de acciones, principalmente preventivas.

  • Coordinar la capacitación en temas de seguridad para nuevos empleados.

  • Elaborar y difundir temas semanales sobre seguridad, medio ambiente, salud, etc.

  • Coordinar la impartición de capacitación a contratistas y terceros que realicen trabajos en las instalaciones de la empresa.

  • Monitoreo y atención a los requerimientos de los clientes en materia de EHS.

  • Coordinar y ejecutar esfuerzos para lograr los objetivos de LFF (Libre de vertedero), Reciclaje y coprocesamiento.

  • Apoyo en la búsqueda de posibles salidas de reciclaje de materiales.

  • Gestión del presupuesto de gastos de EHS en el sitio.

  • Coordinación y apoyo al servicio médico para generar campañas de prevención.

  • Apoyo en campañas de comunicación corporativas, regionales y locales en el sitio.
