Job Description
About the Role:
As the first Mexico-based Import Analyst in Sunset Transportation history, your role will be critical to our record-breaking growth. You will be working directly with one of our strategic partners to fully develop their import department and deliver exceptional service in alignment with Sunset's Core Values. Experience in an Import Analyst role is necessary as you will be overseeing one of our most strategic customers entire logistics lifecycle, including ensuring legal compliance.

What You'll Do
Be the face of Sunset for a strategic account, ensuring continued growth in accordance with the client's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Oversee Multimodal Logistics Operations.
Manage Customs Operations.
Utilize our customer's systems and resources for data management.
Ensure route efficiency and coordinate last-mile operations.
Verify all documentation for regulatory compliance.
Advise on regulations, including Ley de Comercio Exterior, INCOTERMS, etc.,
What We're Looking For
Experience in an Import Analyst role.
Proven success in building and growing customer relationships.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Business acumen and customer service experience.
