Job Overview

We are looking for a
hands-on SEO Expert (Bilingual)
to lead and execute our organic search strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both
strategy and execution
, is data-driven, and can work closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
  • Conduct keyword research focused on local and national U.S. markets
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog content
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, structure, etc.)
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to align SEO best practices
  • Optimize local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, maps visibility)
  • Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and prepare performance reports
  • Stay up to date with SEO trends and algorithm updates

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or SEO Expert
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
  • Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms
  • Understanding of local SEO and lead-generation strategies
  • Ability to work
    on-site in Cancún
  • Organized, analytical, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
