Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in product development within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong focus on cost reduction, value analysis/value engineering (VA/VE), and design optimization.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain, purchasing processes, and supplier management.
  • Experience leading cost-saving initiatives.
  • Experience working with engineering changes and new product launches.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Valid visa.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments.
