Manage the system through the current version of IATF 16949 and VDA, specific customer requirements, global procedures, and other applicable standards with the aim of ensuring compliance with customer standards through continuous improvement strategies in system processes. Additionally, manage and develop the assigned personnel to maintain an effective contribution to business strategies

  • Develop, implement, and execute initiatives to improve the performance of the quality management system as well as functional area strategies.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of corrective actions arising from audits.
  • Maintain standardized quality system processes and procedures in alignment with customer requirements as well as global processes and procedures.
  • Manage management reviews according to customer requirements to ensure continuous improvement of the system and resource allocation as applicable and/or required in conjunction with the Plant Leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • At least 1 year of experience on the position
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001
  • Problem solving knowledge
  • Core tools (APQP, PPAP, CP, SPC, MSA, AMEF/PFMEA)
