E-commerce UX/UI Brand Designer (DTC Focus)

We're a DTC-focused eCommerce design agency. We design brands and storefronts that convert, period.

Our clients range from fast-moving startups to household-name DTC brands and Fortune 1000 companies.

We care about clarity, speed, conversion, and taste. If you design pretty things that don't sell, this won't be fun for you.

The Role

We're looking for an E-commerce UX/UI Brand Designer who can own projects end-to-end -from strategy to execution- and make smart, conversion-aware design decisions.

You'll work across multiple DTC brands, collaborating closely with strategists and developers. You should be equally comfortable thinking about brand systems, UX flows, and high-performing UI.

Dev fluency is a strong bonus.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Own UX + UI design from concept to launch across multiple eCommerce brands
  • Design conversion-focused storefronts, landing pages, and user flows
  • Create wireframes, UI systems, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes
  • Translate brand strategy into clear, scalable visual systems
  • Present work internally and to clients, clearly and confidently
  • Partner with developers to ensure designs are built correctly (handoff → QA → launch)
  • Identify UX issues (responsiveness, usability, flow breakdowns) and fix them
  • Use and contribute to design systems and component libraries
  • Balance innovation with proven CRO best practices

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

  • 3+ years designing UX/UI for eCommerce / DTC brands
  • A strong portfolio showing real storefronts, not concept-only work
  • Shopify experience (themes, sections, constraints, best practices)
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, UX fundamentals, and accessibility
  • Experience taking projects from idea → launch
  • Ability to explain why you designed something—not just what it looks like
  • Comfortable working fast, async, and across multiple clients

Bonus (But We'll Definitely Notice)

  • Ability to read HTML/CSS (you don't need to code, but you should understand it)
  • Experience working in an agency environment
  • Experience collaborating closely with dev teams
  • Remote-first work experience

This Is Probably NOT for You If

  • Your portfolio is mostly Dribbble shots or redesign concepts
  • You avoid feedback or can't defend design decisions
  • You've never worked with developers
  • You care more about trends than results
